Order Status Definitions |
 PROCESSED: We received your order and are putting it into our ordering system. The processed portion of your order can take UP to 10 days based on what you ordered. We are a manufacturer and if you ordered a manufactured part, we make your part when you order. That is why your order may take up to 10 days to process and produce. Some items such as tags take 4-6 weeks but those exceptions are posted on each item. We do have stocked items. If your order was only a stocked item, it will be send out within 2-3 days of processing your order. Some "non-manufactured items" are ordered only when you place your order and those can take up to 10 days as well.
YOUR CHARGE CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL THE END OF THE "PROCESSED" STATUS OF THE ORDER. RIGHT BEFORE YOUR ORDER IS READY TO SHIP IS WHEN WE PROCESS THE CHARGE CARD.
PARTIALLY SHIPPED: If you have a combination of manufactured items and stocked items or if there is a backorder on an item, we will send you part of your order so you will not have to wait. We try to send everything at once so you can save on shipping. But if a situation lends itself or if you have a request for some items sooner, your status will say partially shipped. SHIPPING: your order is in our shipping department
INCOMPLETE: You started your order online but left before you hit the submit button. CANCELLED: You cancelled your online order.
