INFORMATION
With the efforts of the staff at O.E.M.T.P., we have tried to
compile a catalog that also acts as a cross reference book.
For example: the H battery box will also fit a W-4. So if you
are in doubt, just refer to our "M.U.O." (Machine Used On)
Manual, which has the listing of the different applications
under each part shown.
Also you will find a listing of serial numbers broke down by
each year near the back of the catalog. This listing will help
you determine the year of your tractor.
SHIPPING
We will do our best and make every effort to make shipping
costs as reasonable as we can. We place as many items in
one box to reduce costs. We try and avoid multiple shipping
for one order if possible. We understand the importance of
our customers getting what they want when they need it...
in the most cost efficient manner.
However, we are limited on the prices that the post
office and other companies charge us based on size,
weight, delivery area and service. We continue to explore
new options and ways to get our customers their OEM
merchandise in the most cost efficient and timely fashion.
One way to help minimize shipping costs is to place all the
items you want to order at the same time or ask that current
multiple orders be combined into one shipment. One order
may be delayed to meet the deadline of the second, but it
is a way to save on multiple shipping costs if your orders
were placed within a week of each other. Should you have
an order that needs to ship by immediately by overnight
or express delivery (outside of the standard methods of
shipments) shipping charges will be higher.

If you are unhappy with any of our products, please call
so that we can arrange for a return. As a manufacturer,
we need input from our customers to maintain the level
of quality that you expect from an American Supplier.

parts. We have expanded our product lines to aid your
efforts in completing a restoration or servicing of your
tractor. By offering more parts, its impossible to have
all items stocked at all times. In some regards, (we
are short order cooks). You order, we make it, then we
ship it. Please plan ahead on your restoration when
ordering through O.E.M.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
We now offer Electronic Gift Certificates on our website.
These are fast and easy...you print your receipt and the
redeemable code is there. There will not be anything sent to
you in the mail if you buy the Electronic Gift Certificates on
our website. The Electronic Gift Certificates are also ONLY
redeemable for website related purchases. The total amount
of the Electronic Gift Certificate does not have to be used
up with one online purchase. Any remainder balance on
the account will be active until the Electronic Gift Certificate
expires. All Electronic Gift Certificates expire after 120 days.
